To: IBEC2021 / ICBHI2021 participants

The IBEC2021 / ICBHI2021 is only one week away and will be held from November 10 (Wed) to November 12 (Fri), 2021. While the organizing committees are doing the best to ensure successful conference, we have two announcements to make in advance.

1. The official meeting platform for the conference will be Cisco's Webex.
It would be important for you to pre-install the Webex application on your computer or mobile device before the conference starts. In the meantime, we are preparing the detailed manuals for your convenience and will send you that as soon as the document is ready.

2. Raffle event will take place during the closing ceremony on the last day of the conference.
We increased the number of prizes from the previous announcement. All registrants for IBEC2021 and ICBHI2021 are eligible for winning a prize. In addition, please keep in mind that you should have visited all e-Booths of the conference sponsors to become an actual winner.
